Description of the concentration
This notification concerns the contemplated acquisition by Daimler AG’s wholly-owned subsidiary Mercedes-Benz AG of joint control with Stellantis (through PSA Automobiles SA and Opel Automobile GmbH) and TotalEnergies SE (through Saft EV SAS) over Automotive Cells Company SE (ACC) in the field of battery, cells and modules for the automotive sector (passenger cars and light commercial vehicles).
