By her action on the basis of Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, annulment of the decision of the European Commission of 26 February 2021 refusing her request for assistance and of the decision of 27 September 2021 rejecting her complaint; second, she seeks compensation for the material and non-material damage she claims to have suffered owing to the harassment of which she was allegedly the victim and to the refusal of her request for assistance.
