SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
By means of the proposed concentration, BAM will acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the EU Merger Regulation control of AM N.V. by way of a public bid, yet to be announced.
The business activities of the undertakings concerned are:
-- for BAM: construction, residential property development, commercial project development, civil engineering, contracting, consultancy and engineering and public-private partnership activities;
-- for AM N.V.: residential and commercial project development.
The commercial project development activities of AM N.V. will be sold to a third party at the time control is acquired.
