By its action under Article 265 TFEU, the applicant asks the Court to declare that the Council of the European Union unlawfully failed to amend the reasons for the inclusion of the name of Ms Anastasia Ignatova on the lists contained in the annex to Council Decision 2014/145/CFSP of 17 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine (OJ 2014 L 78, p. 16) and in Annex I to Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 of 17 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine (OJ 2014 L 78, p. 6).

Operative part of the order

1.There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the action.

2.The Council of the European Union is ordered to pay the costs.
