SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
La concentration envisagée consiste dans le rapprochement par Sofinco S.A. et Banco Popolare Soc. Coop. de leurs filiales actives dans le secteur du crédit à la consommation en Italie, respectivement Agos S.p.A. et Ducato S.p.A.. La nouvelle entité issue de cette opération, Agos, sera contrôlée conjointement par Sofinco et Banco.
L'opération est destinée à produire ses effets sur le marché italien du crédit à la consommation. A la lumière des parts de marché détenues par les Parties, l'opération proposée n'est pas susceptible d'entraver de manière significative une concurrence effective dans le marché commun ou une partie substantielle de celui-ci, notamment du fait de la création ou du renforcement d'une position dominante.
