By his action under Article 270 TFEU the applicant seeks, first, annulment of the European Commission’s decision of 29 October 2020 refusing his request to be reassigned to a middle management post and, in so far as necessary, of the decision of 11 May 2021 rejecting his complaint and, second, compensation for the material damage he allegedly suffered as a result of the Commission’s conduct.

2.Orders M. Vladimir Grieger to pay the costs.
