By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks annulment of (i) the four decisions of the European Commission of 5 January 2023 rejecting his four requests for transfer of his pension rights acquired before he entered into the service of the European Union (‘the contested decisions’), under Article 11(2) and (3) of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union, and (ii) the decision of 23 October 2023 rejecting his complaint against the contested decisions.
