SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
On 08/01/2015, the Commission received notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to which CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A. (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, CVC Group), will indirectly acquire sole control of Paroc Group (the Target) by way of the purchase of shares in Safari Finco 1 Oy (a holding company). The primary business activities of the undertakings concerned are:
a) CVC Group: advice to and management of investment funds;
b) Target: producer of mineral wool insulation products for use in building and industrial applications.
