By its action based on Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment of the European Commission’s decision C(2021) 5963 final of 5 August 2021, rejecting its confirmatory application for access in so far as it refused to grant access to a document on the preparation of the meeting which was held within the Regulatory Cooperation Forum (RCF) on 3 and 4 February 2020.
