By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, the annulment of Decision EUAA/MB/2022/019 of the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) of 3 March 2022 in so far as it orders him to make good the damage suffered by the European Union as a result of serious misconduct on his part in the course of the performance of his duties and, second, compensation for the damage which he allegedly suffered as a result of that decision.

2.Orders UA to pay the costs.
