SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
1.1. COMSA Rail Transport, S.A.U., Naviland Cargo, S.A. and Grupo Logístico Sesé, S.L. plan to create a joint venture, within the meaning of Articles 3(1) (b) and 3(4) of the EC Merger Regulation The joint venture will be a company based and registered in Spain and provide freight transport by land between Portugal and Germany.
2.2. The main business activities of the undertakings to the concentration are:
• for COMSA Rail Transport: rail logistics and transport services;
• for Naviland: rail and intermodal freight transport services and operation of intermodal transport terminals.
• for Sesé: road transport, intermodal transport, forwarding and logistics services.
