By its action under Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment and the alteration of the decision of the Second Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of 12 December 2019 (Case R 1487/2019-2).

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Orders Bayerischer Rundfunk and the other interveners whose names are listed in the annex to bear their own costs and to pay the costs incurred by bonnanwalt Vermögens- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH in relation to the proceedings in Case C-580/22 P;

3.Orders bonnanwalt Vermögens- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by Bayerischer Rundfunk and the other interveners whose names are listed in the annex in relation to the proceedings in Case T-83/20 and the present proceedings on referral;

4.Declares that the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the European Commission are to bear their own costs.
