By her action, the applicant seeks, first, under Article 263 TFUE, annulment, in the first place, of Council Decision (CFSP) 2023/1047 of 30 May 2023 amending Decision (CFSP) 2023/891 concerning restrictive measures in view of actions destabilising the Republic of Moldova (OJ 2023 L 140 I, p. 9) and of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1045 of 30 May 2023 implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/888 concerning restrictive measures in view of actions destabilising the Republic of Moldova (OJ 2023 L 140 I, p. 1); in the second place, of Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1244 of 26 April 2024, amending Decision (CFSP) 2023/891 concerning restrictive measures in view of actions destabilising the Republic of Moldova (OJ L, 2024/1242), and of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1243 of 26 April 2024 implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/888 concerning restrictive measures in view of actions destabilising the Republic of Moldova (OJ L, 2024/1243), in so far as those acts concern the applicant and, secondly, under Article 268 TFEU, compensation for the non-material damage which she claims to have suffered as a result of the adoption of the initial acts.

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Orders Ms Marina Tauber to bear her own costs and to pay those of the Council of the European Union;

3.Orders the European Commission to bear its own costs.
