By their application based on Articles 278 and 279 TFEU, the applicants seek, in essence, suspension of operation of Commission decision C(2023) 1689 final of 8 March 2023 (Case AT.40819 — Red Bull — Inspection), by which the European Commission ordered, on the basis of Article 20(4) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2003 of 16 December 2002 on the implementation of the rules on competition laid down in Articles [101] and [102 TFEU] (OJ 2003 L 1, p. 1), an inspection of the applicants.
