SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
On 27 April 2018, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 139/2004 (“EUMR”) by which One Equity Partners VII, LP (“OEP”) will indirectly acquire sole control of Walki Holding Oy (“Walki”) within the meaning of Article 3 (1) (b) of the EUMR.
The business activities of the undertakings concerned are:
− OEP: private equity funds;
− Walki: technical laminates and protective packaging materials.
