By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks annulment of (i) the decision of the European Commission of 12 May 2022 rejecting his request for transfer of his pension rights acquired before he entered into the service of the European Union (‘the contested decision’), under Article 11(2) and (3) of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union, and (ii) the decision of 9 December 2022 rejecting his complaint against the contested decision.
