By her action based on Article 270 TFEU, the applicant, as heir of José Manuel Sánchez Gómez, seeks, primarily, the retention, in the latter’s staff report for the 2019 appraisal procedure, of the marks appearing in the previous staff report and, in the alternative, the annulment of the staff report for the 2019 appraisal procedure.

The Court:

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Orders the Court of Justice of the European Union to bear its own costs and to pay half of those incurred by Ms Sara Gómez Calavia, as heir of Mr José Manuel Sánchez Gómez;

3.Orders Ms Gómez Calavia to bear half of her own costs.
