SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
On 2 August 2021, the Commission received a notification for the acquisition of sole control within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 of DexKo Global Holdings Inc. (“DexKo”) by BCP Dornoch Parent Inc. (“BCP”).
BCP is controlled by funds managed by Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (“Brookfield”), which provides asset management services focused on real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and private equity. Brookfield is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
DexKo is U.S.-based supplier of engineered running gear technology, chassis assemblies and related components. DexKo sells axle assemblies, chassis, suspension and related components and other components for a range of trailer and other towable end-products.
