Dr. August Oetker KG (with business activities in the manufacture, sale and distribution of food products (frozen pizza, baking ingredients and decorations, powder dessert mixes, powder baking mixes, ambient dessert mixes, chilled dessert products, convenience products for bakeries and confectioneries), shipping (container shipping-line), sparkling wine, wine, spirits, beer and non-alcoholic beverages, hotels, specialty phosphates, logistical services, financial services, data center and hosting services, specialized outlets for catering and publishing of cookbooks) intends to acquire the entire share capital in Conditorei Coppenrath & Wiese GmbH & Co. KG (engaged in the manufacture, sale and distribution of frozen cakes, frozen gateaux, frozen desserts and frozen rolls (branded and own label) and forwarding and warehouse services for deep frozen food products) from the members of the Coppenrath family.
