Description of the concentration
The proposed concentration consists of NVIDIA’s acquisition of the sole control of Mellanox.
NVIDIA is a publicly-held Delaware corporation headquartered in Santa Clara, California (United States), which supplies GPU-based visual computing and accelerated computing platforms for gaming, professional visualization, datacenter, and automotive applications.
Mellanox is a publicly-held Israeli corporation headquartered in Sunnyvale, California (United States) and Yokneam (Israel), which supplies network interconnect products and solutions that facilitate efficient data transmission within datacenters, based on the Ethernet and InfiniBand network interconnect solutions.
