Description of the concentration
EQT VI intends (through solely controlled subsidiary Auris Holding GmbH) by means of the notified share purchase transaction to acquire sole control of Siemens Audiologische Technik GmbH.
EQT VI was launched in 2011 and makes investments primarily in Northern Europe. EQT VI is part of the EQT group of private equity funds.
Siemens Audiologische Technik GmbH is a manufacturer of hearing aids and hearing accessories that is today ultimately controlled by Siemens AG.
