Mahindra Agri Solutions Limited is the agriculture solutions' subsidiary of the listed Indian company Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, the ultimate controlling company of the Mahindra Group, which is active in various sectors including the automotive, information technology, financial services agribusiness, aerospace, energy and real estate sectors.
Mahindra Summit Agriscience Limited currently has no activities. Post-Transaction, it will engage in the manufacture, formulation, distribution, sale, purchase, marketing, import and export of agrochemical products primarily in India and also in Nigeria and Tanzania. It has no foreseen activities in the EEA.
