Description of the concentration
The proposed transaction concerns the merger of equals between Firmenich and DSM. Both Parties are active in the production and / or commercialisation of aroma chemicals and flavours. Firmenich’s core activities relate to fragrances and flavours and DSM’s focus is on nutrition, health and bioscience.
