1The Court delivered its judgment in Carpatair v Commission on 8 February 2023 (T-522/20, EU:T:2023:51).

2In accordance with Article 164(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, the parties having been given an opportunity to submit their written observations pursuant to Article 164(3) of those rules, it is necessary to rectify, in the version in the language of the case, clerical mistakes found in the introductory part, in paragraph 2, and in paragraph 1 of the operative part of that judgment.

On those grounds,

THE GENERAL COURT (Eighth Chamber, Extended Composition)

hereby orders:

In the introductory part, in paragraph 2, and in paragraph 1 of the operative part of the judgment of 8 February 2023 in Carpatair v Commission (T‑522/20, EU:T:2023:51), in the version in the language of the case, ‘Societatea Națională “Aeroportul Internaţional Timişoara – Traian Vuia” SA (AITTV)’ must be read instead of ‘Societăţii Naţionale “Aeroportul Internaţional Timişoara – Traian Vuia” SA (AITTV)’.
