Description of the concentration
This Transaction concerns the acquisition of joint control by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (“Goldman Sachs”) and TPG LundyCo L.P. (“TPG Lundy”, together with Goldman Sachs, the “Buyers”), and Barclays plc of Kew Green Holdings Limited (“Kew Green”.) The Buyers are global investment firms that provide a wide range of services worldwide to a diversified client base. Kew Green owns and operates hotels in the United Kingdom.
