Description of the concentration

Triton Managers IV Limited and TFF IV Limited, in their capacities, directly or indirectly, as general partners of the various limited partnerships comprising Triton Fund IV which itself forms part of the Triton Group ("Triton") will acquire sole control over Stromboli Investissements SAS ("Stromboli").

Triton is a group of independent European private equity funds and companies. Triton is dedicated to investing in medium-sized businesses headquartered in Northern Europe, in particular in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the five Nordic countries, with a focus on businesses in three core sectors: Business Services, Industrials and Consumer/Health.

Stromboli is the ultimate holding entity of companies comprising the Fläkt Woods Group ("Fläkt Woods"). Fläkt Woods develops, manufactures, markets and sells air technology solutions providing indoor air comfort and fire safety for a wide range of applications.
