SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
Le 19 juin 2007, la Commission europÈenne a reÁu notification d'un projet de concentration, conformément ‡ l'article 4 du rËglement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil, par lequel le groupe Vinci acquiert, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du rËglement du Conseil, le contrÙle exclusif de la sociÈtÈ SolÈtanche SA, par achat d'actions, via sa filiale Vinci Construction.
2. Les activitÈs des entreprises concernÈes sont les suivantes :
-- pour le groupe Vinci : b‚timent et travaux publics (Vinci Construction), concessions díinfrastructures, technologies des Ènergies et de líinformation et travaux routiers ;
-- pour l'entreprise SolÈtanche et ses filiales : fondations spÈciales et travaux souterrains.
3. La transaction notifiÈe entre dans le champ d'application du rËglement (CE) n∞ 139/2004.
