Description of the concentration
The proposed concentration consists in the creation of a joint venture by the KKCG Group and the Foxconn/Hon Hai Group. The joint venture will engage in data centre services and will primarily focus on the Czech Republic.
The KKCG Group is a private investment group that invests in particular in oil and gas, gaming and entertainment, tourism and the metal industry in the Czech Republic. The Hon Hai/Foxconn Group is a global technology group with its headquarters in Taiwan. It engages in particular in design, development, manufacturing, assembly and after-sales services for global computer, communications and consumer electronics leaders.
