The applicant claims that the Court should:

vary the contested decision, by upholding the appeal in Case R 924/2024-4 against the decision of EUIPO of 11 March 2024 (in so far as EUIPO dismissed that appeal), by accepting the registration of EU trademark No 18 915 815, in respect of all the goods and services (in accordance with the list thereof as limited as a result of the applicant’s letter of 25 June 2024) and by ordering the defendant to pay the costs of the proceedings before the Board of Appeal of EUIPO;

order EUIPO to pay the costs of the proceedings before the General Court of the European Union;

in the alternative:

annul the contested decision in so far as concerns point 2 of the operative part;

order EUIPO to pay the costs of the proceedings before the General Court of the European Union.

infringement of the general principles of EU law of equality, good administration and the protection of legitimate expectations.
