The Court:
Annuls Commission Decision C(2024) 1118 final of 15 February 2024 in so far as it refused, in part or in full, access to documents 1, 2 and 2.1, as identified in point 1 of that decision, on the basis of the first indent of Article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents;
Orders the European Commission to the pay the costs.
