Description of the concentration
L'acquisition du contrÙle exclusif de TV et ESS par CASA concerne tant le marchÈ de l'assurance vie que celui de l'assurance non vie, au Portugal. Cette opÈration ne soulËve aucun problËme de concurrence, essentiellement du fait qu'elle n'entraÓne aucune addition significative de parts de marchÈs, CASA n'Ètant pas prÈsente sur les marchÈs portugais concernÈs, ‡ l'exception du segment "assurance emprunteur" sur lequel une filiale de CASA dÈtient une part de marchÈ de 0,7 %, venant s'ajouter ‡ celle de TV qui est de 7,3 %.
