Subject-matter and description of the proceedings
Annulment of the final decision to transfer the pension rights of the applicant into the European Union pension scheme, which applies the new general implementing provisions (GIPs) of Article 11(2) of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations of 3 March 2011.
Form of order sought
—Declare Article 9 of the general implementing provisions of Article 11(2) of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations to be unlawful;
—Annul the decision of 14 October 2014 confirming the transfer of the pension rights acquired by the applicant before his entry into service in accordance with the general implementing provisions of Article 11(2) of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations of 3 March 2011;
—Order the European Commission to pay the costs.
