By his action under Article 279 TFEU, the applicant seeks, in essence, a declaration that, as of 30 June 2024, the value of the claims and other intangible rights, assigned to the Banque Internationale à Luxembourg by the applicant, amounted to EUR 10 038 973 802,36, as regards the principal, plus EUR 1 049 769 756,75 in terms of financial interests, and the payment by the European Commission of an award in the amount of EUR 87 000 000 in respect of non-material damage allegedly suffered and, from 1 September 2023, a replacement income of EUR 3 000 gross per month, increased from 1 September 2024 to EUR 3 500 gross per month due to the Commission’s failure to take action following the complaints, registered under reference numbers SA.46963 and SA.52275, which he filed regarding State aid.
