Application for annulment of the Commission’s decision to refuse the applicant and his spouse reimbursement of the costs concerning three invoices for medical treatment and treatment relating to the cancer from which she is suffering.

Operative part of the judgment

The Tribunal:

1)Annuls the European Commission’s decision refusing to consider the costs in itemised accounts Nos 67 and 68 of 7 February 2014 and No 72 of 12 March 2014 relating to Mrs T’s healthcare to be reimbursable;

2)Orders the European Commission to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by GW.
