SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
The notified transaction consists in the acquisition of sole control over Groupe Services France SAS and all its subsidiaries (“GSF Group”) by TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., a limited partnership organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, having its principal office in New York, United States (“TowerBrook”) within the meaning of Article 3 (1) (b) of Regulation no. 139/2004 by way of a share acquisition.
TowerBrook is an investment firm based in Europe and the United States that focuses on making investments in large and middle market European and North American companies.
GSF Group is a French-based provider of cleaning services as well as some associated facility management services for office environments, industrial production premises, public-facing sites or medical establishments.
