SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
MPC M¸nchmeyer Petersen & Co. GmbH, Viga Internacional S.A. de C.V. (Grupo Villacero) and MAN AG intend to combine their steel trading business in a newly created joint venture which will be named Coutinho & Ferrostaal GmbH & Co. KG. Upon completion of the transaction, the joint venture will be jointly controlled by the parties each of them holding equal shares of one third.
