Description of the concentration
This notification concerns the proposed acquisition of sole control over Luxoft Holding, Inc. (“Luxoft”) by DXC Technology Company (“DXC”). The business activities of DXC and Luxoft are as follows:
• DXC offers end-to-end IT services to private and public sector clients from a diverse array of industries. The company is headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, USA, and listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
• Luxoft offers strategic consulting, custom software development services and digital solution engineering to clients in a number of industries. The company is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, and listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
