Description of the concentration
ArcelorMittal CLN Distribuzione Italia S.r.l. ("AMCLN") intends to acquire the control over Acierplus s.a.s. a company newly constituted, within the meaning of Article 3(4) of Council Regulation (EU) No 139/2004.
AMCLN is a joint-venture co-controled by ArcelorMittal Group and CLN Group, active in the steel distribution through steel Service centres.
Acierplus s.a.s. is a newly constituted company, which will be active in the steel distribution through oxycutting centres.
