SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
The notified concentration involves the proposed joint control of Concesionaria Mexiquense, S.A. de C.V. ("ConMex") by IFM Global Infrastructure Fund ("IFMGIF") and OHL Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V. ("OHL Mexico").
IFMGIF is a multi-series unit trust organized under the Trust Law (Revised) of the Cayman Islands and is operated by a trustee, Codan Trust Company (Cayman) Limited, a Cayman Islands company.
OHL Mexico is controlled by Obrasc6n Huarte Lain S.A. ("OHL"). OHL is an international company primarily engaged in infrastructure and industrial construction projects and concessions. It is part of the Villar Mir group. OHL Mexico currently, through its subsidiary, owns 100% of ConMex.
ConMex is engaged in the financing, construction, and operation of a Mexican toll road.
