The applicant claims that the Court should:

declare admissible Ms Nesrine Ben Ali’s requests in respect of the present application;

annul the annex to Council Decision 2011/72/CFSP of 31 January 2011 concerning restrictive measures to the extent that it concerns Ms Nesrine Ben Ali (file No 6), in so far as that annex was extended by Council Decision 2023/159 of 19 January 2024, and the effects thereof;

order the Council to pay Ms Nesrine Ben Ali EUR 20 000 to cover the payment of her legal costs;

order the Council to pay the costs of the proceedings.
