Description of the concentration
1. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. proposes to acquire all shares of UniCarriers Holdings Corporation currently held by Innovation Network Japan, Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.
2. Both companies are active in the production and sales of forklifts in the EEA, with their activities encompassing both counterbalanced forklift trucks and warehouse equipment.
