Operative part of the judgment
The Court:
1.Annuls the decision of the Selection Board of 31 October 2019 rejecting the request for a review of the exclusion of Mr Alessandro Zardini from Competition EPSO/AD/371/19;
2.Orders the European Commission to pay the costs.
