Application: brought under Articles 242 EC, 243 EC, 157 EA and 158 EA, in which Mrs Zangerl-Posselt, who applied to take part in open competition EPSO/AST/27/06, organised by the European Communities Personnel Selection Office for the constitution of a reserve of German language assistants, asks the Tribunal to order the Commission to allow her to take part in the competition tests on a provisional basis.
