In Case C‑22/21 REC,

REQUEST for a preliminary ruling under Article 267 TFEU from the Supreme Court (Ireland), made by decision of 13 January 2021, received at the Court on 14 January 2021, in the proceedings

after hearing the Advocate General,

makes the following

1.On 15 September 2022, the Court (Third Chamber) delivered the judgment in Minister for Justice and Equality (Third-country national cousin of a Union citizen) (C‑22/21, EU:C:2022:683).

2.The introductory part of that judgment contains an error which it is appropriate to rectify at the request of the Minister for Justice and Equality, pursuant to Article 103(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice.

On those grounds, the Court (Third Chamber) hereby orders:

In the introductory part of the judgment of 15 September 2022, Minister for Justice and Equality (Third-country national cousin of a Union citizen) (C‑22/21, EU:C:2022:683), the reference to the observations submitted by the Minister for Justice and Equality shall be rectified as follows:

‘the Minister for Justice and Equality, by M. Browne, A. Joyce and J. Quaney, acting as Agents, and by D. Brett, D. Conlan Smyth, Senior Counsel, and T. O’Connor, Barrister-at-Law,’

The original of this order shall be annexed to the original of the rectified judgment. A note of this order shall be made in the margin of the original of the rectified judgment.
