—order the Commission to bear the applicant’s costs

In support of the action, the applicant relies on a single plea in law alleging that the defendant infringed Article 17(3) in conjunction with Article 11(3) and Article 11(5) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 of 30 November 2009 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community.
