Description of the concentration
The proposed concentration concerns the transfer of joint control over M. Kaindl OG from the late Ernst Kaindl to Ines Kaindl by inheritance.
M. Kaindl OG is an Austrian wood processing and manufacturing joint venture company. It produces wood materials and laminate flooring and offers flooring and interior design products, melamine faced boards, laminates, worktops, window sills, and veneered boards. M. Kaindl OG focuses on certain key products while also being highly-regarded for its quality and reliability as regards flooring.
