1.There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the action.

2.Izba Gospodarcza Producentów i Operatorów Urządzeń Rozrywkowych and the European Commission shall bear their own costs.

3.The Kingdom of Sweden and the Republic of Poland shall bear their own costs.
