1.Dismisses the action;
2.Orders Ideella föreningen Svenska Bankföreningen med firma Svenska Bankföreningen, Näringsverksamhet and Länsförsäkringar Bank AB to pay, in addition to their own costs, those incurred by the European Commission;
3.Orders the Kingdom of Sweden to bear its own costs.
