Description of the concentration

1.Stavro Vind Aktiebolag has been set up for the planning, construction, financing, and operation of the two onshore wind farm sites Blackfjället and Blodrotberget, Sweden. The proposed transaction concerns the (indirect) acquisition of joint control over Stavro Vind Aktiebolag by NAEV Solventus S.à r.l., Siemens AG (via Siemens Project Ventures GmbH) and Korea Midland Power Co.
