By its action under Article 268 TFEU and the second paragraph of Article 340 TFEU, the applicant seeks compensation for the damage which it allegedly suffered as a result of the adoption of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/69 of 16 January 2019 laying down technical specifications for alarm and signal weapons under Council Directive 91/477/EEC on control of the acquisition and possession of weapons (OJ 2019 L 15, p. 22).

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Orders Keserű Művek Fegyvergyár Kft. to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by the European Union, represented by the European Commission;

3.Orders the French Republic to bear its own costs.
